Thursday, February 21 - Sauces: Easier Than You Think!
Wow guests when you dress up dinner parties with five favorite sauces plus yummy low-fat recipes - all made easy by Chef Philippe. Learn techniques and recipes. Come, learn, savor the tastes!
7PM - 9:30PM $60 per person

Sunday, March 9 - Artisinal Patés & Terrines
Chef Philippe will demystify the making of these fine French staples. Learn by doing, and take home samples of your wares to share (or not) with others!
2PM - 5PM $70 per person

Thursday, March - 20 Provençale Flavors:
Philippe will teach the technique and traditional family recipes that are the cornerstone of Provençale cuisine; learned in his mother's Marseille kitchen. Learn favorites such as Bourride, Rouille, Aioli, Poisson en Papillote and Bouillabaise.
7PM - 9:30PM $60 per person

Thursday, April 3 - Classical Hits:
Philippe will teach new renditions of French classics such as Veal Blanquette, Porc Roulade, Chicken Tajine.
7PM - 9:30PM $60 per person

Thursday, April 10 - Just Desserts:
Featuring famous French favorites such as Crème Brulée, Tarte Tatin, Pate a crèpes.....and their yummy sauces (Coulis and Sauce Caramel.....mmmm!).
7PM - 9:30PM $60 per person
