Join Chef Philippe Ducrot, just back from three weeks in his native Provence
where the lavender and mimosa are in bloom, as he presents his signature flavors
in a Provençal ambiance for this Chef’s Table Dinner. Delight in mussels steamed
in lavender and white wine, Blanc de Poulet Marinés et Grillés aux Parfums de
Citron et Lavande and Apricot Tarte..... A must for those who have been to
Provence during the lavender harvest and those who would love to go.... Reserve
now to savor a wonderful evening with a four-course meal of an upscale
Provençale bistro.
